Each round has to be completed and game/match results submitted by the date shown below. (All dates are Saturdays.)
The starred week before each deadline is the recommended week for games/matches to be played and
first-named players/team captains are expected to contact their opponents before then to confirm, or offer
alternatives. Please allow time for replays, or agree beforehand how a drawn game/match will be resolved.
If you find that you cannot meet a deadline, contact your opponent and the organiser to concede the game/match.
Also contact the organiser if you have problems contacting your opponent. If no result has been submitted,
the first-named player/team will be eliminated, but the organiser may eliminate the second-named player/team,
should the circumstances warrant it. Do not ask the organiser to extend deadlines at the last minute!
